Job Summary
Lead strategic financial planning, cash flow management, and cost optimization for multiple business owners in fractional and project-based roles. Partner with department leaders to provide financial decision support, develop growth strategies, and mitigate risk while managing relationships with banks, auditors, and regulatory authorities. Serve as a trusted advisor on financial matters, forecasting, and reporting to help companies improve performance and prepare for the future. Work remotely, on-site, or a mix of both, with full-time eligibility and benefits included.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 15 years of progressive finance experience
- At least 5 years in a senior leadership role
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and reporting requirements
- Experience that includes both public accounting and privately held or nonprofit employment
- Expertise in planning, analysis, forecasting, and reporting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data to support informed decision making
- Ability to think strategically and develop financial strategies that support overall business goals and objectives while mitigating risk
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with leaders and stakeholders across an organization
