Job Summary
Executive financial leadership role as CFO overseeing Corporate Finance across multiple business units, driving financial strategy, and leading a team of 7–8 professionals in Accounting, FP&A, and Billing. Responsible for financial control, planning, budgeting, forecasting, ERP implementation, and collaboration with HR, Legal, and Marketing. Partners with external tax advisors on entity taxation and reconciliations, oversees treasury and banking relationships, supports business development, and participates in M&A. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in professional services, PE-backed or founder-led environments, and a track record of building high-performing finance teams while providing data-driven leadership and client-facing strategic guidance.
Required Qualifications
- 20+ years of experience in finance, with at least 10 years in a senior finance role
- Current or prior experience in a professional services firm
- CFO experience in a PE-backed or founder-led environment
- Prior experience in a Big 4 or large public accounting firm
- Experience leading ERP implementations and financial transformations
- Strong understanding of PTET and partnership taxation
- Proven track record of strategic planning, business partnering, and team leadership
