Job Summary
Manage financial statements, oversee school invoicing and expenses, and administer employee compensation while developing forecasting models for strategic decision-making. Direct supervision of the IT, Facilities, and Finance teams to ensure integrated operations and adherence to campus objectives. Oversee building and grounds maintenance, transportation, purchasing, and health and safety compliance to enhance physical infrastructure and technology systems. This role supports a progressive educational institution dedicated to empowering future community leaders from marginalized backgrounds.
Required Qualifications
- Robust background in financial management, data analysis, forecasting, and personnel management
- At least 3 years in financial and business leadership positions
- Proficiency in using technology to enhance the Academy's operations
- Experience managing vendor relationships, bidding processes, and prioritizing accountability and proper review
- Bachelor's degree required
- Must be able to alter plans/routines when unexpected, stressful situations and multiple interruptions occur without projecting stress/frustration that would adversely affect the work environment
Desired Qualifications
- Preference for an M.B.A. or related master's degree
