Job Summary
Provide the Chief Financial Officer for Springbrook with complete current and accurate financial information to the CEO and Department Heads. Recommend internal controls and future improvements across all departments. Maintain in-depth knowledge of computerized financial information systems and communicate effectively up to the Board level. Manage intermediary and provider cost audit and reimbursement processes while ensuring accurate decision-making in a complex healthcare environment. Requires five years of senior financial management experience in healthcare, preferably a hospital setting, with an undergraduate degree in Business Administration or Accounting.
Required Qualifications
- minimum of five years experience in a senior financial management position in the health care field
- preferably in a hospital setting
- In-depth knowledge of computerized financial information systems
- Demonstrated ability to communicate up to the Board level
- excellent oral and written communication skills

- undergraduate degree in Business Administration/Accounting
- At least three years intermediary and provider cost audit and reimbursement experience
- Fellow of the HFMA
- certification by the state board
- advance member of the HFMA
