Job Summary
Develop and maintain annual financial plans, operating and capital budgets, and long-range goals in partnership with executive leadership and the Board. Lead day-to-day accounting, finance, IT, and HR functions to ensure accurate financial records, timely reporting, and compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles and regulatory requirements. Oversee enterprise risk management, grant accounting, internal controls, and audit coordination while managing organizational resources, leasing, and asset policies. Serve as staff liaison for the Board Finance Committee, present financial and HR reports, and conduct periodic reviews of organizational materials to safeguard assets and align operations with strategic objectives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, or related field
- Minimum of eight (8) years nonprofit financial management experience
- five (5) years in a senior management role
- Knowledge of City, State, and Federal contact budgeting
- Knowledge of not-for-profit accounting and financial regulations and procedures

Desired Qualifications
- Masters in accounting
- Certified Professional Accountant (CPA)
- A background or certification in HR or other administrative function
