Job Summary
Lead all accounting, FP&A, treasury, and financial reporting functions while ensuring timely, accurate financial statements and maintaining strong internal controls and compliance processes. Manage external partner relationships with banks, tax authorities, and auditors. Partner with executive leadership on strategic planning, M&A evaluation, and expansion initiatives by developing financial models and scenario analyses. Collaborate cross-functionally with clinical and operational leaders to align financial objectives with care delivery, improve efficiency, and monitor KPIs across performance. Drive annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and the implementation of scalable systems to enhance visibility into business performance and unit economics. Support market expansion through market analysis, pro forma development, and investment evaluation. Mentor and develop the finance and accounting team within a lean environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 10+ years of progressive financial leadership experience
Desired Qualifications
- prior CFO or senior finance leadership experience

- MBA
- Deep understanding of Medicare reimbursement, including managed care and value-based models
- I-SNP experience
- Proven understanding and expertise in revenue cycle management
- Strong background in FP&A, financial modeling, and data-driven decision-making
- Experience building or upgrading financial infrastructure in a growing organization
- Demonstrated ability to partner with operations and influence non-financial stakeholders
- Strategic thinker with strong operational execution
