Job Summary
Develop and execute the overall financial strategy while owning full P&L and Balance Sheet accountability for a diversified real estate and hospitality portfolio. Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning to drive profitability and capital efficiency across residential, mixed-use, and branded hotel assets. Manage cash flow, treasury operations, and project financing, ensuring compliance with UAE regulations and escrow structures. Build scalable finance systems, reporting frameworks, and governance standards to support strategic growth and institutional-grade financial infrastructure. Partner with executive leadership and project teams to evaluate investment opportunities, oversee hotel pre-opening budgets, and strengthen internal controls for audit readiness.
Required Qualifications
- 10–15 years of progressive finance leadership experience
- Previous experience as CFO, Finance Director or Head of Finance
- Strong experience within Real Estate Development, Property Investment or capital-intensive businesses
- Proven expertise in project finance, treasury and banking relationships
- Experience operating within the UAE or GCC markets
- Knowledge of RERA regulations and escrow structures
- Strong knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and governance
- Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills
- High level of integrity, commercial acumen and strategic thinking
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Hotel Management Agreements (HMAs) and international hospitality operators
