Job Summary
Chief Financial Officer will lead the finance strategy for the joint venture from pilot launch to commercial scale, providing strategic leadership and hands-on execution across finance, accounting, treasury, governance, tax, audit, procurement governance, and risk management. The role also leads AssetCo’s investment case, financial modelling, and funding strategy, oversees budgeting and performance management, supports pricing and commercial evaluations, engages investors and boards, ensures regulatory compliance, builds a lean finance organization, and drives disciplined capital allocation in a fast-scaling environment. Fluency in English is required; Vietnamese language skills are strongly preferred. The position is on-site in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, with governance and stakeholder engagement responsibilities across local and international partners.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline
- Minimum 12–15 years of relevant finance experience, including substantial leadership experience in financial planning, controllership, business finance, treasury, governance, and compliance
- Prior experience as CFO, Finance Director, Head of Finance, or a senior finance leadership role is strongly preferred
