Chief Financial Officer

CFO will lead financial strategy and governance for PBS Brands including Punch Bowl Social, Pinstripes, VoiceBox, Lyrical, and Sweet Tooth Hotel; partner with Chairman/CEO and Board to shape long-range financial planning, capital structure, and growth initiatives; oversee accounting, FP&A, treasury, tax, audit, and compliance; drive internal controls and risk management; support real estate development, unit growth, and ROI analysis; provide data-driven insights to Operations, Marketing, Sales, HR, and Technology to balance creativity with commercial impact; lead a finance team in a Denver-based hybrid role with in-office collaboration and remote flexibility.
