Job Summary
Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and organizational performance management while providing strategic insights to support decision-making and long-term sustainability. Serve as a key member of the Executive Team and strategic thought partner to the President and CEO, partnering with the Board of Directors to align resources with mission and financial goals. Oversee information technology and enterprise data management functions, ensuring strategies support operational excellence and innovation. Build trusted relationships with financial institutions, auditors, and funding partners, acting as lead staff to the Finance and Audit Committee. Requires 10+ years of financial leadership experience, a bachelor's degree, and full-time onsite attendance five days per week. Competitive salary of $190,000-$220,000 annually with comprehensive benefits including health insurance, paid parental leave, and a 403(b) match.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of progressively responsible financial leadership experience
- 5+ years in an executive or senior finance role with a complex organization
- Bachelor's degree with a major in business administration, public policy, urban planning, finance, economics, or related field
- Strong strategic planning, organizational leadership, project management, and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and utilize data to improve outcomes and inform decision-making
- This is a fully in-person position requiring onsite attendance five (5) days per week
- Occasional evening and weekend work may be required
Desired Qualifications
- Advanced degree preferred
- Experience in nonprofit, public sector, healthcare, education, housing, or other complex mission-driven organizations preferred
