Job Summary
Lead all fiscal functions including accounting, budgeting, audits, tax, and regulatory compliance while presenting financial reports to the Board and managing annual budgets and long-range financial plans. Oversee capital planning, investment strategies, and access to capital markets, ensuring timely financial reporting and identifying cost-saving opportunities. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations by managing internal controls, risk frameworks, and audits. Lead and mentor the finance and accounting teams, establish departmental goals, and partner with department heads to align financial strategies with organizational objectives. Serve as a financial spokesperson to external stakeholders and investors, representing the organization in community and industry events.
Required Qualifications
- BA in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 8–10 years in senior financial leadership roles
