Job Summary
Chief Financial Officer for Marsh McLennan Agency Private Client Services (MMA PCS) leading finance, accounting, FP&A, and strategic financial initiatives. Partner with commercial teams (Marketing, HR, Technology) to drive growth, M&A strategy and integration, and workforce/operating-model decisions. Own financial oversight of carrier revenue streams, develop forward-looking financial models, influence compensation frameworks with Sales leadership, lead finance transformation (ERP/consolidation, BI, self-service analytics), and mentor a high-performing finance team. Responsibilities include financial strategy, planning, reporting, due diligence and integration for M&A, benchmarking to improve margins, and partnering with executives to support organizational objectives. Qualifications emphasize extensive experience in FP&A, controllership, M&A, driver-based modeling, budgeting/forecasting, and advanced Excel; experience in insurance/brokerage or professional services is highly preferred. Moderate travel is expected. The role offers a hybrid work arrangement across multiple U.S. locations (Norwalk CT, Boston MA, Morristown NJ, New York NY). The base salary range is $137,200 to $240,300 with eligibility for performance-based incentives.
