Chief Financial Officer

Executive CFO responsible for strategy, financial planning, risk management, governance, and leading a finance team at Marine Credit Union; oversee accounting, FP&A, ALM, investments, liquidity, budgeting, internal controls, compliance; partner with CEO and Board to inform decision-making and drive sustainable growth; create transparency in reporting and governance excellence; lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling; build and inspire a high-performing finance team with a servant leadership approach. Requires 10+ years of senior financial leadership in financial services or banking, and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/CMA or an advanced degree preferred).
