Chief Financial Officer

Executive CFO role overseeing all core financial functions including accounting, FP&A, ALM, investments, and liquidity management; lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling; ensure regulatory adherence, internal controls, and risk management; build and lead a high-performing finance team; serve with a servant leadership approach and collaborate with the CEO/Board to align financial strategy with mission and community impact; requires 10+ years of senior financial leadership and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/CMA or advanced degree preferred); flexible work environment (in-office, hybrid, or remote) with location in Wisconsin (Remote option available).
