Job Summary
Strategic and operational finance leader for a growing behavioral health nonprofit, driving financial sustainability and organizational growth. Leads modern financial systems, dashboards, and reporting; establishes KPI-driven management across programs; tracks profitability, staffing ratios, reimbursement trends, and cash flow; oversees budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting; builds financial models and long-term growth projections; ensures timely billing and revenue cycle optimization; analyzes Medicaid, managed care, and insurance reimbursement structures; manages grants budgeting, tracking, reporting, and compliance; partners with leadership to expand and improve program operations and financial performance.
Required Qualifications
- Prior experience as a CFO, VP of Finance, Controller, or senior healthcare finance leader
- Experience with Medicaid, managed care, insurance billing, and collections
- Experience developing KPIs, dashboards, forecasts, budgets, and financial models
- Experience implementing financial systems, reporting tools, and operational processes
- Hands-on leadership style with strong communication and organizational skills
- Experience within behavioral health, mental health, substance use, nonprofit healthcare, or related healthcare environments preferred
