Job Summary
Chief Financial Officer position in Uniontown, PA leading the organization’s financial strategy and operations. Responsible for healthcare finance leadership, budgeting, grants management, billing processes, GAAP-compliant reporting, and financial controls. Requires strong communication, initiative, judgment, and team leadership; experience with multiple software platforms in a healthcare/nonprofit setting. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field
- Minimum five years of experience in healthcare financial management
- FQHC/CHC and nonprofit industry experience preferred
- Masters degree in finance or accounting and/or CPA designation preferred
- Experience with healthcare billing, federal grants management, and budget management
