Job Summary
Develop and implement financial strategies aligning with company goals, overseeing all corporate accounting operations and regulatory compliance. Manage risk by identifying financial threats and mitigating them, while developing models to support business decisions and long-term planning. Supervise tax accounting processes to optimize liabilities and oversee revenue management practices to maximize profitability and cash flow. Prepare and present financial reports to the executive team and board of directors. Requires an MBA or CPA, three years in healthcare accounting policies, and one year of management experience. Valid N.C. Driver's License required.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a CFO or in a senior financial leadership role within a similar industry
- Strong knowledge of financial management principles, risk management practices, corporate accounting standards, and fiscal management strategies
- Proficiency in financial modeling techniques to support strategic decision-making
- In-depth understanding of tax accounting principles and regulations
- Familiarity with revenue management strategies and revenue cycle management processes
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a finance team effectively
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy in reporting
- Exceptional communication skills for presenting complex financial information clearly to stakeholders at all levels
- Three years' experience in healthcare accounting policies and procedures
- One year of experience in management is needed
- Valid N.C. Driver's License, and dependable transportation
Desired Qualifications

- Experience in non-profits or FQHCs preferred
