Job Summary
Lead the company's financial strategy, overseeing all financial operations to ensure profitability, compliance, and sustainable growth within the hospitality sector. Implement systems, regulations, and decisions related to financial affairs while developing strategies aligned with organizational goals. Coordinate with units to determine financial needs, monitor expenditures, and ensure accurate recording per applicable rules. Oversee financial reporting, balance sheets, and final account analysis, organizing ledgers and directing subordinate staff to maintain compliance. Prepare summaries illustrating revenue achievement rates for relevant authorities. Requires 15+ years in finance management, proven CFO experience, and CMA/CPA certification. Located in Makkah, Saudi Arabia.
Required Qualifications
- 15+ years in finance management
- Proven experience as a CFO, Finance Director, or Area Director of Finance
- Strong expertise in financial planning, budgeting, yield/revenue management, and cost control within a hospitality context
- Experience managing large, multi-property operational budgets and CapEx projects
- CMA, CPA, or equivalent professional certification
- Financial reporting and statement preparation
- Budget design, development, and monitoring
- Preparation of annual accounts and financial statements
