Job Summary
Oversee financial strategy, budgeting, revenue cycle, and long-term financial planning for a multi-specialty medical group with 160 providers across 16 locations in North Carolina. Partner closely with executive leadership and physicians to support strategic growth, operational excellence, and financial sustainability. Lead and develop finance teams while managing forecasting and budgeting processes within a physician-led organization recognized by Becker's Healthcare as a Top Place to Work in 2024.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
- progressive financial leadership experience in healthcare within a multi-specialty medical group, physician enterprise, or healthcare system
- Strong background in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and revenue cycle management
- Demonstrated experience partnering with executive leadership and physicians to support strategic initiatives and operational performance
- Ability to lead and develop finance teams while supporting organizational growth and financial sustainability
