Serve as a strategic partner to the President and trusted advisor to ownership, shaping enterprise direction and major business decisions. Own long-range financial planning, including 5-year strategic development, capital allocation, and forecasting across U.S., Mexico, and China locations. Deliver decision-ready reporting to the Board, shareholders, and executive team while managing foreign exchange exposure and cross-border financial risks. Lead the global accounting function, ensure statutory compliance, and optimize working capital and liquidity. Balance short-term performance with long-term stewardship in a family-owned, multi-generational business.
