Job Summary
Chief Financial Officer / Executive Vice President to lead the financial strategy and operations for Southcentral Foundation. The role reports to the President and CEO, oversees a team of six direct reports and 228 indirect reports, and is based in Alaska with relocation provided. Responsibilities include steering finance leadership, strategic planning, budgeting and forecasting, financial reporting, and enhancing revenue and financial strategies in alignment with organizational goals.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, or related field (implied professional leadership)
- Experience leading finance functions at executive level
- Proven ability to manage large teams and drive strategic financial initiatives
- Experience with healthcare finance and government-related funding streams (implied by Southcentral Foundation context)
