Job Summary
CFO role responsible for shaping company strategy, capital allocation, fundraising, operational planning, and long-term value creation. Direct collaboration with founders to build a scalable financial/operational foundation, develop investment frameworks across product/infrastructure/growth, lead future financing activities with venture capital and debt, manage investor communications, and oversee forecasting, KPI management, and a global finance organization. Ideal candidate has a track record of scaling a technology company, experience with fundraising and investor relationships, strategic finance, and a bias toward ownership and execution in a fast-moving environment. Nice-to-have: AI, developer tools, SaaS/infra experience; IPO preparation; experience working with founder-led organizations.
Required Qualifications
- Experience helping scale a technology company from roughly $100M revenue toward $500M+ revenue.
- Proven success leading fundraising and investor relationships.
- Strong background in strategic finance, capital allocation, and business operations.
