Job Summary
Lead strategic financial leadership and act as the financial architect for Southwest Adventure Tours' next decade of growth, driving decisions on investments, acquisitions, and profitability while maintaining an exceptional customer experience. Build executive dashboards for real-time performance visibility, improve forecasting accuracy, and streamline reporting to reduce manual processes. Develop acquisition evaluation frameworks, optimize cash management, and implement automation and business intelligence solutions across multiple entities. Partner with the CEO and board to execute organic growth, technology transformation, and operational efficiency initiatives. Join the Executive Leadership Team to help position the company for significant long-term expansion in adventure travel.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field
- 10+ years of progressive financial leadership experience
- Experience leading accounting and finance teams
- Advanced financial modeling skills
- Strong forecasting and budgeting experience
- Executive-level communication skills
- Experience partnering with CEOs, owners, or boards
- A sparkling personality

- Experience in tourism, hospitality, transportation, logistics, travel, or service industries
