Job Summary
Develop and execute the organization's financial strategy in alignment with business objectives, serving as a key advisor to the CEO and Board on financial performance, investments, and risk management. Oversee all accounting, treasury, tax, and audit functions while ensuring timely preparation of financial statements and maintaining robust governance frameworks. Partner with commercial and operations teams to drive profitability through pricing, margin optimization, and inventory management, and lead a high-performing finance team within a leading retail organization.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related discipline
- Professional accounting qualification such as ACCA, CPA, CA, CIMA, or equivalent
- Minimum 15 years of progressive finance experience
- At least 8 years in a senior finance leadership role
- Proven experience as CFO, Finance Director, or Head of Finance within the retail, consumer, FMCG, or F&B Industry
- Strong understanding of retail business models, inventory management, supply chain finance
