Job Summary
Partner directly with ownership to evaluate performance against annual budgets and long-term strategy while developing financial tools, reporting systems, and dashboards to support real-time decision making. Lead all accounting operations, including general ledger, monthly close, and financial reporting, and oversee cash flow, banking relationships, financing strategies, and capital allocation. Provide strategic recommendations on growth, cost management, and operational efficiency, manage and develop accounting and administrative teams across entities, and serve as the primary liaison with lenders, auditors, CPAs, and external partners. Oversee multi-entity financial structures, intercompany transactions, and loan reconciliations, lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning across all business units, and review contracts, MSAs, and financial risk exposure. Manage inventory controls, audits, and financial compliance processes while supporting evaluation and implementation of financial systems and software. Based in Broussard, LA with frequent travel required.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years of experience as a CFO or Controller in a multi-entity or complex organization
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field required
- Proven track record of partnering with executive leadership and driving business performance
- Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence decision-making at the ownership level
- Deep understanding of financial reporting, cash flow management, and multi-entity accounting structures
- Experience managing banking relationships, financing, and capital strategy
- Ability to build and improve financial systems, processes, and infrastructure
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights
- High level of accountability, discretion, and integrity
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present to ownership and stakeholders
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, evolving environment with shifting priorities
- Based in Broussard, LA (Corporate Office)
- Frequent travel required to support multiple business units
Desired Qualifications
- CPA strongly preferred
- Experience in industrial, manufacturing, energy, or related industries is highly preferred
