Job Summary
Partner with the CEO and executive team as the primary financial advisor on M&A, joint ventures, capital allocation, and new service lines. Oversee a modern finance structure led by two peer VPs in Controllership/Ops and FP&A/Strategy to focus on strategy and leadership rather than daily closes. Drive financial expansion across new clinical ventures, ASC additions, and physician recruitment while managing multi-entity GAAP consolidations, revenue cycle economics, and NetSuite systems. Requires 12+ years in financial leadership with 5+ years as CFO/Deputy CFO in a healthcare MSO, multi-specialty practice, or ASC platform.
Required Qualifications
- 12+ years in financial leadership
- 5+ years as CFO/Deputy CFO in a healthcare MSO, multi-specialty practice, or ASC platform
- Expert in multi-entity GAAP consolidations
- Expert in revenue cycle economics
- Expert in physician compensation modeling

- High-level strategic thinking
- Ability to dive deep into details when complex deals or closes demand it
