Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

CFO to lead and scale the finance function for a multi-state manufacturing-and-services organization. The role emphasizes hands-on, strategic leadership with ownership of financial planning and reporting, inventory and cost accounting, and multi-entity operations. Responsibilities include overseeing FP&A, AR/AP/revenue cycle, ensuring timely, accurate financial reporting, building scalable financial systems, improving visibility into margins and inventory, leading the finance team (onshore and offshore), and partnering with executive leadership on growth initiatives. The ideal candidate has extensive senior finance leadership experience in manufacturing or inventory-intensive environments, a track record of building and improving financial processes, and the ability to operate strategically while executing tactically.
