Job Summary
Develop and execute the organization's long-term financial strategy aligned with the agency's strategic plan while serving as a strategic advisor to the President/CEO and Board of Directors. Direct all accounting, finance, treasury, payroll, purchasing, and financial reporting activities, ensuring compliance with GAAP, federal regulations, and audit standards. Lead multi-year forecasting, capital planning, and investment strategy to drive profitability and operational excellence. Evaluate new business opportunities, acquisitions, and partnerships through rigorous financial analysis and risk assessment. Manage cross-functional initiatives, including ERP system oversight and team development, while presenting financial trends and strategic opportunities to the Board.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
- Minimum 5 years of progressive financial leadership experience
- Must be able to communicate effectively and diplomatically in both oral and written form
- Must be able to meet and work with the public
- Must be able to demonstrate proficient abilities and experience with a variety of computerized financial data processing systems and informational technology
- Must be able to maintain payroll, financial, personnel, and information related to persons served as confidential
