Job Summary
Lead the Senior Leadership Team and finance function through enterprise transformation, executing a deliberate transition to a $25 million operating model while protecting mission outcomes. Develop multi-year financial strategies, build collaborative annual operating plans, and manage adaptive forecasting to stabilize revenue and expand sustainable capacity. Provide strategic counsel to the CEO and Board on resource allocation, program economics, and growth opportunities, ensuring all decisions align with the mission to end poverty. Drive disciplined cash management, oversee enterprise risk, and enforce internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure compliance. Serve as the primary financial representative to funders, auditors, and stakeholders, championing mission-aligned revenue streams and strengthening grant applications.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in active good standing
- Progressive financial leadership experience (15+ Years), including significant experience as a CFO, deputy CFO, or senior finance executive in a complex organization
- Demonstrated success leading a significant financial transformation, restructuring, funding contraction, or operating-model redesign while preserving critical outcomes and organizational trust
- Record of developing and executing strategies that expanded or diversified sustainable revenue after a period of transformation, constraint, or financial reset
- Experience partnering with a CEO, Board, advancement leaders, and program executives to translate community needs and program outcomes into credible financial cases for investment
- Ability to evaluate the full cost, funding durability, cash requirements, organizational readiness, and mission return of growth opportunities, and to distinguish revenue that strengthens CCFW from revenue that creates unsustainable obligations
