Job Summary
CFO for the Augustine Institute overseeing financial strategy, budgeting, risk management, accounting, payroll, tax planning, fundraising collaboration, compliance, and donor relations for a nonprofit Catholic organization. Lead and mentor the finance team; implement best-practice policies and software (e.g., NetSuite, Concur, Beanworks) to ensure strong financial execution and governance; collaborate with leadership and external stakeholders, including auditors and regulators, to safeguard 501(c)3 status and optimize financial position. Requires CPA, Bachelor’s degree, and a minimum of 7 years of CFO-level experience; nonprofit and Catholic-m mission alignment emphasized.
