Chief Financial Officer-APAC (18+ Years CFO exp from Insurance domain, APAC exp)

Chief Financial Officer-APAC leads APAC’s financial strategy, planning, and performance management, partnering with the APAC President and senior leadership to drive sustainable value creation. Responsible for owning financial planning, forecasting, target setting, liquidity and solvency management, and providing accurate board and executive reporting. Partners with the business to support strategy and execution, drives governance and controls, and oversees cross-country financial oversight, including IFRS/US GAAP, SOX, and tax considerations. Requires a senior finance leader with extensive multi-country experience (18+ years) and the ability to lead FP&A, commercial finance, and enterprise-wide performance initiatives across the APAC region; reports to the International CFO and will supervise regional finance directors. The role will be located in India (Bangalore, Chennai, or Hyderabad) and focuses on shaping financial strategy aligned with enterprise growth objectives.
