Job Summary
CFO responsible for the financial health, strategic planning, and administrative leadership of Joseph's Classic Market and Joseph's Foods. Oversees Accounting, Finance, Purchasing, Pricing, and Administration while partnering with ownership and senior leadership to drive profitability, leadership development, and operational excellence. Provides strategic and financial oversight to retail locations and commissary operations, ensuring alignment between financial objectives and execution; leads budgeting, forecasting, internal controls, reporting, and performance metrics across corporate, retail, and manufacturing functions. Based at the Palm Beach Gardens corporate office.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in finance, accounting, operations, or executive management
- Prior experience as a CFO, VP of Finance, Controller, Director of Finance, or equivalent senior leadership role
- Experience in multi-location retail, grocery, food service, manufacturing, distribution, or related industries strongly preferred
