Job Summary
Lead and develop the finance function across accounting, FP&A, reporting, treasury, and commercial finance while building visibility into customer, channel, and product profitability. Drive budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, and financial planning processes to support pricing, margin improvement, and commercial decision-making. Partner with Operations to enhance manufacturing performance, inventory management, and working capital, and lead finance transformation initiatives including ERP implementation and business intelligence tools. Support strategic growth through financial modeling, capital allocation, and acquisition analysis while developing relationships with the Board, banking partners, and external advisors. Build and mentor a high-performing finance organization within an established food and consumer products manufacturer during a period of national expansion.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a CFO or senior finance executive within a food, beverage, consumer products, manufacturing, or agribusiness organization
- Strong commercial finance background with experience supporting pricing, customer profitability, and strategic decision making
- Demonstrated success leading finance transformation, ERP implementations, systems improvements, or post-acquisition integration
- Experience supporting capital projects, acquisitions, and long-term strategic planning
- Collaborative, low-ego leadership style with the ability to balance strategic thinking and hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related discipline
- Hybrid onsite position in Greater Sacramento, California
