Job Summary
Chief Financial Officer role in a profitable $1.5B+ food & beverage manufacturer in Michigan. Partner with the President & CEO to lead enterprise strategy, capital allocation, and financial operations across a multi-site, capital-intensive business; drive revenue growth through market expansion, new product development, and M&A; build financial infrastructure to support growth; oversee finance, accounting, IT, and logistics functions; lead a 20+ person finance team; on-site in Detroit with relocation support. Key responsibilities include partnering with the CEO and leadership team to develop strategic plans, evaluating operations, directing all financial reporting and governance, building forecasting tools and costing models, managing banking relationships and debt financing, presenting to the board, conducting site visits for operational improvement, and managing commodity risk and insurance.
Required Qualifications
- 15+ years in senior finance roles
- 10+ years in a financial leadership position
- BA in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
- Master’s degree preferred
