Job Summary
Chief Financial Officer role at Enso Village reporting to the CEO; leads overall financial strategy and operations across Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care; oversees accounting, treasury, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, audits, and regulatory compliance; partners with CEO, Board, Finance Committee, and leadership team to drive strategic planning, risk management, and capital investments; requires 10+ years of senior financial leadership, CPA preferred, MBA desirable, and experience in senior living/nonprofit environments; on-site leadership for finance operations with strong collaboration across departments and with regulatory requirements in California RCFE/CCRC contexts.
Required Qualifications
- Ten (10) or more years of progressively responsible financial leadership experience
- senior executive-level finance leadership experience
- CPA strongly preferred; MBA, MHA, or other advanced business degree desirable
- experience in senior living, healthcare, CCRC, or RCFE environments, nonprofit preferred
- ability to translate complex financial data for diverse audiences
- experience partnering with Boards, Finance Committees, lenders, auditors, and executive teams
- knowledge of banking relations, treasury, GAAP, budgeting, forecasting, and regulatory requirements
- flexibility in work schedules for organizational needs
