Job Summary
The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) provides strategic leadership for all financial functions across accounting, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and treasury to support organizational growth and mission achievement. The role ensures GAAP adherence, regulatory compliance, and strong internal controls, while developing annual operating and capital budgets and long-range financial plans. The CFO analyzes financial performance, prepares reports for leadership, the Board, lenders and auditors, and leads the finance team toward optimal resource allocation and risk management. Key contributions include driving capital planning, financial strategy, and technology-enabled improvements to enhance efficiency and maintain financial strength for current and future operations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field required
- CPA and/or MBA preferred
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive financial leadership experience
- Experience in healthcare, nonprofit, or similarly complex organizations preferred
