Job Summary
Chief Executive Officer for a rapidly expanding organization in Udaipur. Lead the company's strategic vision, growth, and market leadership; own P&L, financial planning, and stakeholder engagement; build and mentor a high-performing executive team; drive customer acquisition, retention, and brand growth through data-driven decision making and partnerships. Required Qualifications
- 15–25 years of progressive leadership experience with significant business management responsibilities
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a CEO, COO, Managing Director, President, Country Head, Business Head, or equivalent executive leadership role
- Proven track record of managing businesses with substantial revenue responsibility and delivering sustained growth
- Experience scaling organizations and leading teams of 300+ employees
- Strong expertise in business strategy, operations, sales leadership, marketing, and financial management
- Demonstrated success in driving business transformation and organizational growth
- Deep understanding of customer acquisition, retention, and market expansion strategies
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify growth opportunities and maximize business performance
- Experience building and managing high-performing leadership teams
- Exceptional stakeholder management, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to make data-driven decisions while balancing strategic vision and operational execution
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities
- Experience working with boards, investors, and senior leadership stakeholders
- Background in International Education, Study Abroad, Higher Education, EdTech, Professional Services, Consulting, Consumer Services, or related sectors is highly preferred
- Exposure to university partnerships, global collaborations, and international business development is an advantage
- Outstanding communication, leadership, and influencing skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for building scalable, high-growth organizations
