Job Summary
CEO of a Banyan portfolio company leading the full business, owning strategy, product direction, go-to-market execution, team performance, and P&L outcomes. Reports to a Banyan Operating Partner with full operational authority over day-to-day management. Owns AI-first initiatives, grows recurring revenue, protects retention, and drives durable competitive advantage across specialized vertical SaaS businesses. Requires proven executive responsibility in a vertical SaaS context, building repeatable GTM motions, and guiding the organization through meaningful inflection points while aligning with board and investors. Focus on delivering measurable customer value through AI-enabled product capabilities, scalable growth, and talent development.
Required Qualifications
- Executive leadership experience in vertical SaaS
- P&L ownership and revenue growth management
- Product-led growth and GTM automation experience
- AI-enabled product capabilities and operationalization
- Ability to lead across multiple portfolio companies and industries
- Experience collaborating with boards, investors, and stakeholders
- Strong strategic and leadership skills in fast-growing software environments
