Job Summary
Lead overall day-to-day hospital operations and provide strategic leadership for patient care, clinical, and support service areas. Collaborate with leaders to deliver cost-effective quality care while planning short and long-range objectives to meet financial and non-financial goals. Drive revenue growth through new business strategies, ensure compliance with applicable laws, and attract talent to meet business needs. Communicate key information to stakeholders and maintain synergy between people, processes, and strategies. This role requires a Master's degree in Nursing, Health Administration, or Business with five years of progressive healthcare administration experience. Prime Healthcare, a leading health system with 54 hospitals and 60,000 employees, seeks an executive to join our corporate team.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Nursing, Health Administration, Business or related field
- Minimum of five (5) years of progressive responsibility in Healthcare Administration
- Proven ability to lead at all levels of management
- Demonstrates community commitment
- Proficiency in computer operations including word processing
- Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
