Job Summary
Lead the Boys & Girls Clubs of Northeastern Nevada as the highest-ranking executive, reporting directly to the Board of Directors. Advance the organization's mission of strengthening communities through youth development, healthy living, and social responsibility by providing strategic leadership, operational oversight, and community engagement. Manage fiscal sustainability, board relations, and fundraising while overseeing facility development, capital planning, and asset management across multiple sites. Drive program growth, staff development, and community partnerships to serve over 20,000 individuals annually. Ensure compliance and risk management while positioning the nonprofit as a regional leader in recreation and wellness.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of senior leadership experience in nonprofit or comparable organization
- Experience working with a Board of Directors
- Proven success in strategic planning, fiscal management, fundraising, grant management, capital project oversight, and membership growth
- Strong programmatic background and demonstrated leadership experience in aquatics, sports, fitness, childcare, and school-age programming
