Job Summary
Chief Executive Officer to lead a residential treatment facility focused on substance use disorders. Drive strategy, day-to-day operations, census growth, regulatory compliance, and P&L performance; directly manage departmental leadership and align on core objectives. Lead marketing and admissions strategies to grow census; foster employee engagement, clinical integrity, and a culture of excellence. Ensure Joint Commission and state regulatory compliance; monitor patient experience, retention, discharge planning, and aftercare coordination. Provide 24/7 on-call coverage as needed; open to applicants through benefits-supported compensation. Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years in a senior leadership role with full P&L responsibility in a healthcare setting
- Proven track record in census growth, regulatory compliance, and team leadership
- Ability to interpret and evaluate clinical documentation and medical necessity
- Demonstrated experience supporting or directing marketing and admissions strategies
- 3+ years leading in a residential behavioral health setting OR 5+ years in a non-behavioral residential care environment OR 3+ years in multi-site behavioral outpatient operations OR 3+ years leading a distinct inpatient hospital or acute care facility
