Job Summary
Manage the effective operational and administrative management of Mayfield Brain and Spine, reporting directly to the physician Chairman of the Board. Develop and implement long-term strategies with fourteen physician shareholders to drive continued growth, while interacting with a committed group to shape the future direction of the market leader in neurosurgical services. Chart creative responses to changing healthcare reimbursement and competitive challenges to expand the scope, size, and influence of the practice. Lead a team of 10 direct reports managing 225 FTEs and $45M in revenue, fostering productive relationships with surgeons, nurses, and ancillary providers.
Required Qualifications
- A Master's degree, such as an MHA or MBA
- Minimum of 10 years of progressively responsible senior leadership in a large, successful surgical group practice and/or management and growth of a large, related hospital clinical service line and/or senior level hospital leadership experience managing, or interacting and negotiating with, large physician group practices
Desired Qualifications
- Fellowship or membership in the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE) and/or Medical Group Management Association (MGMA)
