Job Summary
Conduct overall day-to-day hospital operations and provide strategic leadership for patient care, clinical, and support service areas. Collaborate with leaders and staff to deliver quality, cost-effective care while planning short and long-range objectives to meet financial and non-financial goals. Drive revenue growth through new business strategies, ensure compliance with laws and regulations, and attract, train, and retain talent. Execute business objectives by building synergy between people, processes, and strategies, and communicate key information to stakeholders. This role supports Prime Healthcare's mission of saving hospitals and lives across its network of 54 hospitals and 360 outpatient locations.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Nursing, Health Administration, Business or related field
- Minimum of five (5) years of progressive responsibility in Healthcare Administration
- Proven ability to lead at all levels of management
- Demonstrates community commitment
- Proficiency in computer operations including word processing
- Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
