Job Summary
Chief Executive Officer sought for Tempus Unlimited, a nonprofit serving children and adults with disabilities. Lead as the Board’s primary executive, implement policies, oversee all programs and the fiscal intermediary operations, develop organizational structure, and supervise senior management. Responsibilities include coordinating administration, ensuring compliance with contracts and funders, acting as spokesperson, fundraising and community relations, and guiding budgeting and staff development. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Master’s preferred), strong supervisory and executive leadership capabilities, and experience in human services or disability-services nonprofits. Hybrid or on-site schedule in Stoughton, MA with travel as needed.
