Job Summary
Execute organizational strategy, drive growth, and ensure operational excellence across all division locations and service lines. Provide executive oversight for clinical, operational, and business functions while maintaining accountability for divisional financial performance, including revenue growth, profitability, and EBITDA. Lead the divisional leadership team, develop strategic plans, and identify market opportunities for service line expansion and physician recruitment. Partner with OSM leadership, physicians, and key stakeholders to align divisional priorities with enterprise goals, optimize clinical performance, and implement risk mitigation strategies. Represent the Division within the healthcare community and local markets to enhance visibility and reputation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Finance, or related field
- Minimum of ten (10) years of progressive healthcare leadership experience
- Minimum of five (5) years of executive leadership experience within a physician practice, ambulatory care organization, management services organization (MSO), or healthcare services environment
- Demonstrated experience leading multi-site healthcare operations and complex physician organizations
- Proven track record of driving growth, operational excellence, physician engagement, and financial performance
- All candidates will be required undergo pre-employment drug screening and/or be subject to random drug testing
