Job Summary
Lead day-to-day company operations and execute business strategy in alignment with the CTO and CCO. Build and manage internal execution systems, processes, and operational structure to ensure fast, structured decision-making. Drive growth across users, revenue, and market expansion while coordinating closely with the CCO on partnerships, clients, and external engagements. Participate jointly with the CTO and CCO in key external representation, including events, accelerators, and conferences, and support fundraising activities. Oversee cross-functional execution across marketing, operations, and business development to ensure alignment between business goals and product/technical direction. Scale organizational capacity as the company grows within a founder-led structure.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in startup operations, business execution, or early-stage company building
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to coordinate across multiple functions
- Ability to execute in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with limited structure
- Experience in growth, operations, business development, or general management roles
- Ability to work effectively in a founder-led, multi-leadership structure with shared decision-making
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to execution detail
- Fluent English

- Understanding of technology products (SaaS, AI, developer tools, or similar ecosystems)
- Experience collaborating closely with technical and product teams
- Additional languages
