Job Summary
Partner with the Board on strategic direction and lead the Executive Leadership Team. Ensure operational excellence, quality, compliance, and financial stewardship while modernizing service delivery and revenue cycle operations. Build a unified culture and strengthen employee engagement. Represent Arisa Health externally by developing productive relationships with Arkansas legislators, state agencies, payers, advocacy organizations, and community partners. Position the organization for long-term sustainability and growth through healthcare policy navigation and expanded strategic partnerships across the state.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Public Administration, Behavioral Health, or another related field
- Minimum five (5) years of progressively responsible executive or senior leadership experience in healthcare, behavioral healthcare, nonprofit management, or a closely related field
Desired Qualifications
- Experience leading organizational transformation
- Multi-site healthcare leadership
- Experience with behavioral healthcare, Medicaid/Medicare, CARF, revenue cycle modernization, and healthcare policy
- Knowledge of Arkansas's behavioral healthcare ecosystem, including Medicaid, regulations, funding mechanisms, and governmental processes
- Experience working with Arkansas healthcare organizations, state agencies, or community stakeholders
