Job Summary
Chief Executive Officer responsible for setting strategic direction, ensuring operational excellence, and maintaining the financial strength of a community-focused credit union. Leads all aspects of the organization, reports to the Board of Directors, and oversees liquidity, regulatory compliance, asset/liability management, budgeting, forecasting, lending strategy, internal controls, and stakeholder engagement to drive sustainable growth and high performance. Requires extensive leadership experience in banking or credit unions, strong strategic planning and communication skills, and a track record of building high-performing teams.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field required; advanced degree preferred
