Job Summary
Chief Executive Officer responsible for leading AIDS Alabama’s mission and strategic plan, directing annual goals and budget, developing programs and services across HIV/AIDS health and prevention, housing, insurance assistance, and community outreach; overseeing policy adherence to HRSA guidelines for Federally Qualified Health Centers; serving as ex officio Board member and inspiring the team while advancing fundraising, resources development, governance, and best practices to ensure affordable healthcare access; requires a strong nonprofit leadership track record (minimum five to ten years) with a master’s degree preferred (public health, business, planning or related field). The role targets strategic leadership, resource development, program oversight, and stakeholder engagement in a senior nonprofit health setting; salary anticipated between $190,000-$220,000 annually.
Required Qualifications
