Chief Executive Officer - Acute Psychiatric Hospital

Lead the overall operation and performance of the North Tampa Behavioral Health hospital, aligning strategy with the organization's mission and values. Develop and execute strategic business plans, capital plans, and operating budgets in partnership with the governing body and medical staff. Deliver consistent achievement of census growth and EBITDA targets while overseeing fiscal management, payer contracting, and revenue optimization strategies. Maintain continuous survey readiness, ensure full compliance with licensure and accreditation standards, and champion a culture of safety and accountability. Recruit, develop, and retain a high-performing leadership team and clinical workforce while partnering closely with the Medical Director to ensure excellence in clinical care delivery. Serve as the face of the hospital within the community, building strong relationships with referral sources, government agencies, and healthcare partners to position the facility as the provider of choice.
